HAMASĀT AL-FAJR

17 Septembre - 18 Octobre 2026

To inaugurate its new Casablanca home, Loft Art Gallery presents Hamasāt al-Fajr, a collective exhibition bringing together the perspectives that have shaped the gallery’s programme, while offering a first expression of its vision for the future. Hamasāt al-Fajr, meaning “Whispers of Dawn” in Arabic, evokes that moment when something new begins to appear from what already exists.

It speaks to a sense of renewal rooted in continuity. Across the exhibition, memory, material and cultural references become starting points for experimentation, as younger voices develop their own approaches and visual languages.

The exhibition includes works by Amina Agueznay, Malika Agueznay, Walid Ardhaoui, Mustapha Azeroual, Nassim Azarzar, Hiba Baddou, Moa Bennani, Farid Belkahia, Mohamed Chabâa, Joana Choumali, Elladj Lincy Deloumeaux, Khadija El Abyad, Abdelkrim Ghattas, Mohamed Hamidi, Saâd Hassani, M’hammed Kilito, Mehdi-Georges Lahlou, Radia Lamrani, Mous Lamrabat, Mohamed Melehi, Amina Rezki et Samy Snoussi.
