MUSEUM OF CONTEMPORARY AFRICAN ART AL-MAADEN (MACAAL)

Commissioned by Morad Montazami and Madeleine de Colnet for Zamân Books & Curating, and presented for the first time at The Mosaic Rooms art space in London, the exhibition “New Waves: Mohamed Melehi and the Archives of the Casablanca School” is a chronological path through unpublished works and archives that retrace the artist's career from the 1950s to the 1980s.
The exhibition travelled to MACAAL (Marrakech) from 21 September 2019 to 5 January 2020, and Alserkal Arts Foundation in Dubai from 23 March – 4 April 2020.
