KIM BENNANI EN RÉSIDENCE

Giverny
FONDATION CLAUDE MONET

Kim Bennani is the first Moroccan artist to be invited to a residency at the Claude Monet Foundation.
The residency will last for three months, allowing the painter to walk in the footsteps of the master.

"The paths of the two artists met... a conversation was engaged between the Master, Monet, and his guest, Kim a dialogue between two countries, two eras, close to each other yet so personal. The emotion contained in Kim Bennani’s Giverny works will remain for ever in this place and in our hearts."

Jan Huntley - Extract from a personal note addressed to Kim by Jan Huntley, director of residences of the Giverny Museum.
